The Dogs

Alaskan Kennels—home to the Anadyr Siberian Husky—was established in 1946 in Anchorage, Alaska by Earl & Natalie Norris. Today the kennel is located in Willow, Alaska and operated by Earl and Natalie’s son J.P. Norris, his wife Kari Skogen, and their daughter Lisbet. For over sixty years, preserving the original function and appearance of the Siberian Husky has been the primary focus of our kennel. As such, Anadyr Siberians are bred with an emphasis on performance and racing.

Dog Sponsorships
A great way to support the team in our journey to Nome is a to sponsor a dog! To sponsor your favorite dog, please visit the Team Anadyr store.  Sponsorships are exclusive, one dog per person/business/family, etc.

Pedigrees available at ped.anadyr.com ... just enter the dog's name in the search box. Please note, some of the younger dogs may not yet be entered in the database.
